I’m Elias. I never thought I’d start a clothing brand. But I did—because I fell for a girl who lived in a world of dragons, slow burns, and book boyfriends with sharp edges and soft hearts.

She’d stay up late reading under dim fairy lights, laugh at banter no one else could hear, cry for characters I couldn’t name. Her books weren’t just stories—they were home, comfort, and hope.

And I loved that about her.

But one night, she said something that stuck with me. She closed a book, held it to her chest, and whispered, "I wish I could keep him with me a little longer."

So I figured... maybe she could.

That’s how Marked By Chapter was born. I started stitching little pieces of her favorite stories onto sweatshirts, hoodies, totes—whatever I could. Quotes that made her smile. Symbols only readers would recognize.

Now, we create these embroidered keepsakes for every reader who’s ever been swept away by a story, wished they could live in a fantasy realm, or simply wanted to feel seen for the worlds and words that shaped them.

Because I’ve learned something:
